DEVELOPMENTS

POST HOUSE

The Post House was the former home of the Evening Post Newspaper in which it manufactured, printed and developed its newspaper titles. It is currently used as office accommodation for various businesses from Swansea.

The site is currently earmarked for development housing 41,00 sq ft in a prime city centre location covering 0.75 acres.

DEVELOPMENTS

WHITEWALLS

The home to one of the UK's previous largest retailers, Topshop and Topman, 8-11 Whitewalls is located in the heart of our city centre.

We have submitted a pre-planning application to Swansea Council asking to turn the prominent retail unit, located on the corner of Oxford Street and Whitewalls, into 26 apartments and three separate retail units on the ground floor.

As the development continues, we are looking hopeful to encourage retail shopping in Swansea along with providing further city centre living, which is vital to the regeneration of the wider city centre development being done by the city council and other private developers.

DEVELOPMENTS

PILKINGTON

The Pilkington Glass site is one of the most prominent, undeveloped parcels of land in Swansea extending to 0.59 acres adjacent to Quay Parade.

Plans are being considered for a new city centre mixed-use development scheme in order to generate a landmark building on this key gateway site.
